We accept children from 6 to 15 years of age into child psychiatric care. Adolescents after the age of 15 can use the services of our adolescent psychiatrists. The initial examination takes 90 minutes. Children who are able to do so are first spoken to by the doctor alone, the second part is then devoted to a consultation with the parents.
Child psychiatry

We offer comprehensive mental health care for children
- clinical-psychological diagnosis
- specialised psychotherapy
- regular consultations and education of parents
- if necessary, gentle medication
The basic element of our approach is the biopsychosocial model of disease onset. This means that multiple professionals are involved in the care of the child. Close collaboration between psychiatrist and psychologist is key. Therefore, we only accept pediatric patients for psychiatric care who are concurrently receiving psychotherapy services at our clinic. (Exceptions are determined by the physician.)

Our goal is to minimize the consumption of medication and limit it to the shortest possible time. We also place great emphasis on strengthening the child's social competence, treating possible traumas, working on understanding one's own emotions, practicing relaxation techniques, etc. Only through this comprehensive approach are we able to ensure lasting results of our care.
