Group psychotherapy is a safe space where young people facing stress, anxiety, problems at school or pressure from social media can come together and find understanding. It's a place to talk openly about things that often remain hidden - self-harm, eating disorders, depression or fear of failure. Under the guidance of two experienced psychologists, a way is sought together to manage what is difficult for individuals.
